Developed by Miso, Flippy automates the frying process in restaurant kitchens, to reduce labor costs, alleviate labor shortages, improve food quality, promote employee safety and improve restaurant profitability. The purpose of this study is to evaluate frying operations in locations using Flippy vs. locations that do not.
